The Men’s Support Group provides a safe and confidential environment for men to share experiences, discuss challenges, and strengthen emotional awareness. Facilitated by a qualified therapist, sessions focus on building connection, communication, and mutual support among participants. Participants are encouraged to attend regularly to maintain group continuity and trust. Please arrive on time and bring a water bottle or journal if desired.
